Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Within the contiguous U.S.
FREE standard shipping is available for orders totaling $80 or more after any discounts have been applied and with a shipping weight of 10 pounds or less. This offer also applies to APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed Monday – Friday are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will typically ship the next business day. Orders on hold pending billing verification or placed during periods of unusually high order volume may require additional processing time. Delivery options are determined by your shipping address; we use USPS and UPS and provide the best service as determined by our system. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are calculated in business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the date your order is shipped. We'll send an email with detailed carrier and tracking information when your order ships so that you know when to expect it to arrive.

Outside the contiguous U.S.
Standard Shipping rates for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories vary based on location. All available shipping options and exact costs will be presented at checkout after providing the delivery address for your order. We also provide DHL.

RETURN POLICY:
Damages must be reported within 48 hours! For damaged items, contact us for instructions on how to return for a replacement or refund.

For refunds, credit or exchanges (excluding shipping and handling charges), returned items must be in original condition, mailed and insured within 30 days. Whistles are not returnable once outside of original packaging due to health reasons. Please call or e-mail before any returned ask for a Return Authorization number. It might take up to 14 days to receive a refund.
