Returns & Refunds Policy

Damaged Items

Any damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer support team for instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Due to health and safety reasons, whistles are not returnable once removed from their original packaging.

Return Window

Returns, refunds, credits, or exchanges (excluding original shipping and handling charges) must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact us at info@ewhistles.com or call 1-877-255-2787 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any items back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after inspection.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Returned items should be properly packaged and insured by the customer.
