SHIPPING TIME
Most orders (unless customization is needed) ship the next business day after an order is placed, if in stock(sometimes on
the same day). The number of days in transit, does not include the day it
ships.

USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE™
Ground Advantage packages are delivered in 2-5 business days and USPS Tracking® service is included in the price.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL®
Priority Mail® service includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days.
PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS®
Priority Mail Express® service provides next-day to 2–day delivery service by 6 PM with limited exceptions, to most U.S. addresses and PO Boxes.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY:
Expedited Delivery orders are usually shipped the next business day (does not include weekends and holidays) if in stock (sometimes on
the same day). The number of days in transit, does not include the day it
ships.
i.e. an order placed on Saturday would ship on Monday and get delivered in
1 business day (some areas might be served in 2 business days).
For expedited delivery, if you need this order for a specific date, please
let us know in the "Ordering Instructions" box above.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We currently use the following options:
US Express (traceable & insured) which normally takes 3-5 business days from the day we ship.
US Priority (traceable & insured) which normally takes 6-10 business days from the day we ship.
US First-Class Mail® (not traceable & not insured) Time varies by destination.
IMPORTANT NOTE for international orders: All prices quoted do not include any duty fees or taxes that Customs might charge in your country.
The cost of shipping and handling depends on destination and weight of package.

Returns & Exchanges: Damages must be reported within 48 hours! For refunds, credit or exchanges (excluding shipping and handling charges), returned items must be in original condition, mailed and insured within 30 days. Whistles are not returnable once outside original packaging. Please call or e-mail before any return and ask for a Return Authorization number. |
