SHIPPING TIME Most orders (unless customization is needed) ship the next business day after an order is placed, if in stock(sometimes on the same day). The number of days in transit, does not include the day it ships.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY: Expedited Delivery orders are usually shipped the next business day (does not include weekends and holidays) if in stock (sometimes on the same day). The number of days in transit, does not include the day it ships.
i.e. an order placed on Saturday would ship on Monday and get delivered in 1 business day (some areas might be served in 2 business days).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We currently use the following options:
US Express (traceable & insured) which normally takes 3-5 business days from the day we ship.
US Priority (traceable & insured) which normally takes 6-10 business days from the day we ship.
US First-Class Mail® (not traceable & not insured) Time varies by destination.
All prices quoted do not include any duty fees or taxes that Customs might charge in your country. The cost of shipping and handling depends on destination and weight of package. Select "international Delivery" under "Shipping option".

SALES TAX: Tax is calculated for orders shipping to New York State - the highest rate of 8.625% is displayed however, we will adjust the total based on your specific county tax.

Returns & Exchanges: Damages must be reported within 48 hours! For refunds, credit or exchanges (excluding shipping and handling charges), returned items must be in original condition, mailed and insured within 30 days.
